We have had a couple of accidents this week out of school hours due to improper use of the trim trail. We would like to remind you that the trim trail is provided solely for the use of Kings Oak children during the school hours of 9am-3pm when school staff are supervising on the school playground. We are not responsible for the use of this equipment out of school hours, or by children who are not pupils of Kings Oak, due to health and safety. 

Please can we also take this opportunity to remind you that the classroom doors open at 8:40am, children do not need to be arriving on school premises before 8:35am, over the last couple of weeks some children have been arriving as early as 8.05am on the playground. This is a concern due to lack of supervision. 

If your child is arriving for breakfast club please arrive for 7.55am at the earliest as breakfast club does not open until 8.00am. If you arrive prior to this time please can we politely ask you wait outside reception with your child until the doors open. Children should not be left on school premises unattended prior to breakfast club opening at 8:00am.
