We wanted to remind you about the importance of children wearing their full school uniform even at this time of year.

Our uniform policy requests that this includes black shoes or trainers. We understand that some children may be beginning to grow out of their current pair of school shoes and that with just five weeks to go, you may prefer to wait until nearer September before replacing them – we all know that some children may go up a whole shoe size by then and shoes aren’t cheap!  With this in mind, rather than cramming feet into shoes that are too small or are dropping to pieces, if you let us know that this is the case, we will allow trainers of a different colour until we break up on 22^nd July.

We hope that you won’t abuse this gesture and that children will still attend in their official school shoes if they are able to.
