Dear Parents and Carers,
We are aware that some parents are currently experiencing difficulties logging into Tapestry. This may be because Tapestry is moving over to a new app.
If you open the app and see the same message as shown in the attached picture, please click the link on the home page. This will direct you to download the new app called “Tapestry Education Platform”, which has a purple edge around the Tapestry logo. Once downloaded, you can log in again using your existing details. If you can't log in to the App at all, please search "Tapestry Education Platform" on the App Store and download the new App which will allow you to log in using your existing details.
If you continue to experience any issues after downloading the new app, please speak to Mr Lovatt or Miss Reynolds at pick-up time and we will be happy to help you resolve the problem.
