Dear Parents/Carers,

As we prepare for our upcoming Kingswood trip, please see the final reminders and important information below:

• Children should bring a spare pair of trainers/footwear and clothes they do not mind getting wet, as two of the activities will involve water.

• Children may bring up to £5 spending money, which should be kept in a labelled wallet or purse.

• On Monday, we will be having lunch at school before we leave, so children should either order a school lunch in the morning or bring a packed lunch (the packed lunch will stay in school until our return).

• If your child needs to bring any medication, parents must complete a medication form from the school office beforehand.

• Please do not pack sweets, electrical items, or other valuables in bags.

• Mobile phones are not allowed. If there are any emergencies, parents can contact the school office, or we will contact you directly if needed.

• Please check the packing list and ensure children bring their sleeping bag and pillow.

• It would be helpful for children to bring an empty bin bag to store wet or dirty clothes during the trip.

• Although there is no official disco planned, children are welcome to bring party clothes, as we are hoping to organise our own.

• On Monday, children should travel in appropriate sportswear, but please ensure it is nothing they would mind getting dirty.
