LEAVING - MRS SANDERS24 March 2026 (by Joanne Swift (j.swift)) |
We are writing to share some heartfelt news as we approach the end of the week. This Friday, we will be saying a very fond farewell to Mrs Sanders, our Assistant Head, SENCo, and Year 3 teacher, as she begins her well-earned retirement.
As a founding member and a true pillar of our school community since the day we opened 20 years ago, Mrs Sanders has been a constant source of support. Her dedication to our pupils predates even that, having spent many successful years at Oakfields Junior School previously. Over many years she has made a profound impact on countless lives, and her expertise and guidance will be greatly missed by students and staff alike.
To ensure a smooth transition for our children:
- Year 3: Mrs Sanders' day in class will be covered by Mrs Woodruff, providing excellent continuity for the pupils.
- SEND Support: Our Special Educational Needs work will be picked up by Mrs Rawlinson, our Assistant Head and fellow SENCo.
Please join us in thanking Mrs Sanders for her incredible service and wishing her a long and happy retirement.
