Dear Parents and Carers

Following the Easter break, we will be implementing the Waterton Academy Trust’s new Behaviour Policy. As part of this, we have developed our own graduated response, aligned with the school’s values of being READY, RESPECTFUL, and SAFE.

To ensure we are working in partnership with you, we would very much welcome your feedback. We are therefore holding a consultation period from 27 March to 17 April. Two documents follow in the Newsletter section of this app. Please take some time to read these, as during this time, we invite you to:

• Review the Behaviour Policy and the school’s graduated response
• Familiarise yourself with the introduction of the R1–5 system
• Complete a short survey to share your views
