Dear Parents/Carers,

We are pleased to see such a high level of interest in our school clubs. All clubs are now fully booked, and no further spaces are available (with the exception of Y5/6 Boys Football Club). All of the clubs are due to begin next week and run for 5 weeks in total.

Children who have secured a place in one of our free clubs will receive a confirmation slip tomorrow. Please note that if you completed a sign-up form, your child will have been allocated a place, as the form closed once the club reached capacity.

For paid clubs, please ensure that payment is made via MCAS by the end of this week to secure your child’s place. This can be found in outstanding payments.

Collection arrangements for clubs are as follows:

• Monday – Year 5/6 Boys Football Club
  Pick up from the Year 5 Blue Doors

• Tuesday – FS2 & KS1 Sketching Club
  Pick up from the Year 1 Green Doors

• Tuesday – KS1 Mini Athletics Club
  Pick up from the Hall doors at the front of school

• Tuesday – KS2 Girls Football Club
  Pick up from the Year 5 Blue Doors

• Wednesday – Year 3/4 Gymnastics Club
  Pick up from the Hall doors at the front of school

• Thursday – KS2 Orienteering Club
  Pick up from the Year 4 Purple Doors

• Friday – Year 3/4 Boys Football Club
  Pick up from the Year 3 Yellow Doors

All clubs are due to finish at 4:10pm, please be punctual in collecting your child unless they are walking home themselves.
