Dear Parents and Carers,
Today, any children who have asthma medication kept in school will be bringing their inhalers home for parents and carers to check expiry dates and remaining doses.
Please ensure that any inhaler returned to school is clearly labelled with your child’s name, in date, and contains sufficient medication.
If your child’s dose or inhaler has changed, you will also need to complete a new Administering Medication form.
