Dear Parents and Carers,

We would like to remind everyone of the importance of ensuring that children arrive at school on time each day and with all the equipment they need for learning, including packed lunches and water bottles where applicable.

Our school doors open at 8:40am, and children should be in their classrooms before the doors close at 8:50am. Arriving promptly allows children to settle into their morning routines and begin learning alongside their classmates.

Recently, we have had a significant number of children arriving late via the school reception area, as well as parents bringing in forgotten items after the start of the school day. While we understand that occasional issues can arise, these interruptions can have a detrimental impact on your child's learning and can also disrupt the learning of others in the class.

In addition, if you have any messages regarding home-time arrangements, please discuss these with your child before school wherever possible, or pass the information directly to the class teacher at drop-off. This helps ensure that important messages are communicated efficiently and reduces interruptions during lessons.
